Shipping Info

At Haus of Soul our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most efficient way possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout. Free shipping offers apply to the US lower 48 states only. All shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS and USPS. All orders are print to order through our third party partners. To track an item, go to your original email correspondence following your order confirmation. Most apparel + product orders are shipped within 10-15 business days.

 

Refund + Return Info

You can return all purchases up to 10 days from the date you receive them so long as items are unused and unopended. Please keep in mind that if you are returning an apparel item, it must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All other items may be refunded or returned if in appropriate condition. Returns will be inspected for approval prior to refund transaction. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, based on your region. To begin a return claim, please email us at info@hausofsoul.com with your order information to include name, order number and items to be returned or exchanged. For item exchanges, please allow time for the original return to be reviewed and processed prior to the shipment of your exchange.

Orders

Our Guarantee is to provide you with a durable and beautiful apparel fit for a stellar soul. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase through Haus of Soul, we will gladly replace it or refund your money, within 10 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt or order invoice. If you are unhappy with a product, please proceed with our return/refund protocol to rectify.

 

Expert Care Advice

It is recommended by the crew to wash your soulful apparel with a gentle cycle, preferably with garment graphics turned inside out. Typically cooler temperatures will preserve color and saturation. Haus of Soul is not responsible for damages to products following delivery and acceptance. Normal wear and tear on garments and accessories is not the responsibility of Haus of Soul and therefore is not covered under our return or refund policy.
